💳 Why the 30% Advance is Non-Refundable
Once the customer approves the quote and pays the 30% advance via Razorpay, our Dubai team purchases the item locally in UAE. Because cross-border goods cannot be returned to Gulf sellers once exported, the 30% advance is strictly non-refundable if the customer changes their mind or refuses pickup.
